Experience That Shapes Impact
With nearly 20 years of executive leadership experience, Chad brings a wealth of real-world wisdom to his coaching and ministry. Before entering full-time ministry in 2011, he worked in corporate leadership across processing, manufacturing, and distribution—specializing in optimizing processes, building effective teams, and turning unprofitable operations into profitable ones.
Since then, Chad has served in senior leadership roles in churches ranging from 200 to 2,500 in attendance, planted and pastored a church, and led church multiplication and disciple-making initiatives. He now serves as Lead Pastor of a multiplication-focused church, helping congregations transition from attractional models to disciple-making cultures that multiply impact and influence.
Beyond Ministry
Outside of ministry, Chad is passionate about the outdoors and competition. He enjoys working out, hunting, fishing, hiking, and traveling. A devoted LSU Tigers fan, he’s a lifelong sports enthusiast who finds joy in both the game and the grind.
